Gorjan Kovacevic

Gorjan Kovacevic is the founder of Green Light Construction (GLC), a general contractor in Los Angeles specializing in energy-efficient luxury home remodeling. Gorjan studied and graduated from the University of California-Riverside and the University of California-Santa Barbara before making Los Angeles his home.
 
With over a decade of experience in the home improvement and solar industry, Gorjan’s entrepreneurial spirit found its roots in his early career as a pioneer in solar energy home implementations. His passion for sustainable living and a desire to contribute positively to the environment, fueled the creation of Green Light Construction. 
 
Gorjan’s commitment to creating sustainable, luxury spaces sets GLC apart. Every project undertaken is infused with innovation and a dedication to adding substantial value to the property. Zakk Souza

Meet Zakk, Partner and Project Development Manager at Green Light Construction. With a multifaceted role that spans design, marketing, and construction management, Zakk brings over 14 years of invaluable experience to the table. 

Zakk’s professional background encompasses diverse roles in the tech, management, and construction sectors. Starting as a project manager overseeing small residential projects, he progressively ascended to the helm of managing full-scale remodels in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley. 

His mantra is simple yet profound: “I believe with a great team, you can accomplish anything.” Zakk is driven by a passion for turning visions into reality, emphasizing a straightforward approach centered around vision, informed decisions, and flawless execution. 

His extensive background in management and residential remodeling positions him as a cornerstone in Green Light Construction’s commitment to delivering unparalleled results. 

Originally from the Bay Area, Zakk’s upbringing involved a love for Lacrosse. In his free time, Zakk enjoys playing golf and has a passion for the world of fine wines. With Zakk at the helm of project development, Green Light Construction is not just a construction company; it’s a visionary partner dedicated to making your dream home a reality.
